Aim to Maintain

Aim to Maintain is offering virtual resources to help participants maintain activity and healthy habits throughout the holiday season. Daily routines during the holidays can become non-existent with the hustle and bustle of winter break, holiday parties and shopping. Personal fitness routines are often the first things to be neglected during the holiday months.

The Kroc Center Memphis and Baptist have collaborated to bring you fitness classes, wellness challenges, health and wellness tips, a community space on Facebook to engage with other participants and the opportunity to win health and wellness prizes for the New Year. Identify your goal and join in to Aim to Maintain your focus on health and wellness.

Challenges and wellness tips will be posted weekly on our Facebook page for participants to follow and stay informed. Complete these challenges to be entered into the prize drawing and to stay on track with your fitness through the holidays!

The 2022 Aim to Maintain virtual program is free and open to Baptist Memorial Health Care employees, their families and the KROC Center Memphis community . The contest begins on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, and ends on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023. Contest winners will be announced on Friday, Jan. 14, 2023, on social media and at the Kroc’s January Fitness Launch.

How to Enter

Pick up your Aim to Maintain 2022–2023 Goals Sheet at Kroc Memphis on Nov. 17, 18 and 19, or download a copy on our Aim to Maintain 2022 Facebook Group.

Baptist Operation Outreach Tree of Faith, Hope & Love

Bring light and comfort to a homeless person in need this holiday season by donating to the Baptist Operation Outreach Tree of Faith, Hope & Love donation drive, a joint program with Christ Community Health Services. The Tree of Faith, Hope & Love campaign collects donations to purchase items for gifts of appreciation and affirmation for patients who are experiencing homelessness throughout the winter months. Donations will go directly to purchasing toiletries and warm clothing accessories needed for the winter months, such as socks, scarves, hats and gloves.

To donate to the Tree of Faith, Hope & Love campaign, complete the online donation form.
