Waiver

In consideration of this entry acceptance, I agree that I am 18 or older, or that I have the authority to register these participants and agree to the waiver for them.  I hereby waive for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, any and all rights and claims I may have against Event Sponsors and any individuals connected with the sponsoring of this ride and for any injuries, loss, or death sustained by me.  I am in good physical condition for this ride.  I understand that we ride rain or shine, and that in the event, of severe weather, the event will be cancelled.  Please watch for weather-related updates via email and the event website.
