Accuray CyberKnife® is the world's first robotic stereotactic radiosurgery system, also called SRS radiation. Surgeons use this a non-invasive radiation treatment thatto  effectively pinpoints cancerous and noncancerous tumors. This surgical device can be used to treat cancers of the prostate, lung, brain, spine, liver, pancreas, and kidney.

Despite the device’s name, the radiosurgery treatment does not involve actual surgery. There is no cutting involved; instead, a surgeon or radiation oncologist uses the robot’s  using sophisticated software to delivers high-dose beams of radiation to destroy tumors.
